The main activity of the Volskcement plant is the production of cement. Volskcement is part of the holding Alfa Cement. Volsky sulfate-resistant cements are ideal for the production of concrete that operates under conditions of exposure to aggressive environments containing sulfates. These cements are indispensable in the construction of underground structures: piles, foundation elements, retaining walls, etc. Compared to conventional Portland cements, Volsky sulfate-resistant cements have lower heat generation during hardening (2-3 times), which allows them to be successfully used in the construction of large monoliths (dams, port berths, etc.). Volsky cements are recommended for use under conditions of repeated alternating freezing and thawing, moistening and drying of the cement stone (50-70 cycles).
