Holding Company "Siberian Cement" is one of the largest producers of cement and cement-based building materials in the Siberian Federal District (SFO). The total production capacity is about 6 million tons per year. The Holding includes the following enterprises (April 2017): Topkinsky Cement LLC (Topki, Kemerovo region) Krasnoyarsk Cement LLC (Krasnoyarsk, Krasnoyarsk Territory); TimlyuyCement LLC (Kamensk village, Republic of Buryatia); Mining Company LLC (Tatarsky Klyuch village, Republic of Buryatia). Enterprises for the production of cement-based building materials: Volna Plant LLC (Krasnoyarsk), which produces chrysotile cement roofing and flat sheets and pipes; Siberian Concrete LLC (plants in Kemerovo, Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk), specializing in the production of ready-mixed concrete and mortars. Service companies: ZapSibCement LLC (Kemerovo) – sale of cement; KuzbassTransCement LLC (Novosibirsk) – operator of a fleet of specialized railway rolling stock; LLC "TD "Sibirsky Cement" (Kemerovo) - purchase of raw materials, materials and equipment for cement assets.
