PlastiK Production Association is one of the largest manufacturers of plastic window structures! Since the beginning of 2012, the production of LLC PO "PlastiK" has no analogues in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan. Today, the production capacity of PA PlasticK LLC consists of two lines: a line for assembling PVC products and a line for assembling aluminum products. The total number of products produced is about 300 units per shift, which amounts to 20-25 thousand square meters of finished products per month. The range of manufactured products starts from simple plastic, aluminum windows and doors, office partitions, glazing of loggias and balconies, ending with the installation of facade structures. With production automation: the human factor has been completely eliminated, machines produce and process PVC products with the highest accuracy according to the dimensions specified by the program, the volume of manufactured products has increased to 500 units per shift, product quality control has made it possible to eliminate defects and improve the quality of manufactured products.
