JSC "Moskapstroy" performs the functions of a technical customer in the system of complex architecture, construction, development and reconstruction of the city. The company works with investment, design, construction and industrial organizations and firms working or wishing to work in the Moscow real estate market. OJSC "Moskapstroy" took part in the construction of the Victory Monument on Poklonnaya Hill, the construction of new residential areas (Butovo, Zhulebino, Mitino, etc.), a shopping center on Manezhnaya Square and many unique objects of the city. The company also participates in the implementation of the social policy program of the Moscow Government (hospitals, schools, kindergartens, etc.).
